You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). All your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. If you're having trouble finding it, email us at support@uraapp.com.
First, try force-closing and reopening the app. Then check for updates in the App Store. If it's still broken, email us at support@uraapp.com with your device model and iOS version and we'll get back to you fast.
No — and we'd never claim it is. Ura is a crisis companion and self-regulation tool, not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're in a serious situation, please reach out to a professional or call your local emergency services. Ura is most powerful as a complement to professional support, not a substitute.
Circles let you invite people you trust — family, friends, a therapist — into a private group where they can see your recovery stats and get notified when you use the panic flow. You control who's in your Circle and what they can see. It's built for accountability without judgment.
