By downloading or using Ura Panic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. What Ura Panic Provides

Ura Panic provides:

• AI emotional support
• Panic and grounding tools
• Streak tracking
• Emotional check-ins
• Educational content
• Self-regulation exercises
• Onboarding assessments

Ura Panic is for general wellbeing only.

3. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

If you feel unsafe or are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. You use the app at your own discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app legally and respectfully
• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse or interfere with the service
• Not attempt to access data belonging to others
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app
• Not post harmful, abusive, or illegal content

We may terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Ura Panic offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, one-time lifetime deals, limited-time discounts, and promotional offers.

6.1 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Stripe, Apple, or Google
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Prices may change; you will be notified in advance
• Taxes may apply depending on your region

6.2 Refunds

Refunds follow Apple App Store rules, Google Play Store rules, and Stripe's policies (for web purchases). We cannot override platform refund systems.

6.3 Lifetime Deal Policy

• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable
• Lifetime access applies to the current version of the product at the time of purchase

7. Feature Changes & Pricing Adjustments

We may update features, remove features, add new tools, adjust pricing, or modify user experience. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated service.

8. AI Usage & Data Processing

Ura Panic uses OpenAI to generate AI chat responses. By using the app, you consent to the processing of messages by OpenAI solely for the purpose of providing responses.

We do not allow OpenAI to use your data for training their models.

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, code, animations, and materials are the property of Ura App. You may not copy, resell, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ura Panic is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results, are not liable for emotional outcomes, are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions, and are not liable for damages, losses, or harm resulting from app use.

You use the app voluntarily and at your own risk.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse subscriptions, if illegal activity is detected, if you abuse the platform, or if safety concerns arise.

You may delete your account at any time in-app.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
